When you interact with Around the Table — whether subscribing to our email list, registering for an event, joining our Members Area, or contacting us — we may collect:

How We Use Your Information

  • Send event announcements and curated dining updates

We use Constant Contact to manage and send email communications. Your email address and related subscription information are securely processed through their systems.

 

If payment information is stored for future event registrations or membership purposes, it is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. Around the Table does not directly store full credit card numbers on our own servers.

Members Area & Payment Security

If you create a member profile, you may choose to save payment information for convenience. Payment data is encrypted and handled by secure third-party payment processors. We do not sell, trade, or share your financial information.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Sharing of Information
